What do I have to do after booking?
I will contact you to agree on a date/time for the photoshoot.
I'll send you a Pre-Shoot Checklist with the info you need to know before I get to the property requested to shoot, so either you or your client can make the house appealing for the shoot time.
What if I can't be at the shoot?
No worries, if you or your client can't be at the property, I still can photograph the property even though you didn't follow the Pre-Shoot Checklist. But don't expect to get great results if the property is cluttered. Otherwise, please contact me before the shooting day to reschedule.
Can I re-schedule or cancel the appointment?
Yes, you can either re-schedule or cancel an appointment. But keep in mind, if re-schedule is needed, please contact me 1 day or 3 hrs minimum before the shooting, otherwise a "Short Notice re-schedule Fee" will be applied ($60).
If, you want to cancel the appointment, please contact me 1 day before shooting, otherwise a "Late Cancellation Fee" will be applied. ($100)
What areas do you serve?
My service areas are North/Central NJ, Northeastern/Eastern PA, and might be able to service some Lower Mid-Hudson NY
KEEP IN MIND
There’s only one thing you need to keep in mind - either you or your client be at the property to open to photographer, or provide the security code of the property for such day the shooting will take place for easy and quick access.
Are you available outside your service area??
I'm available up to 100 miles from my Studio in Phillipsburg, NJ, you also can make a request if further than 100 miles, and will be under consideration for approval.
Travel Fee is applied after 40 miles from my Studio.
